A cold day in November and time for the crew to load the tractor-trailer. And boy did they work!
No childs' play here -- loaded over 5000 pots in under 5 hours !!
And you can tell by all the smiling faces just how much fun they were having !!!!!!!

After sitting in pots well into a New Hampshire winter and then riding in the box of a semi for 3 days, you wouldn't look so good either!

8,000 to 9,000 daylilies don't begin to make a dent in a field this large. After being limited to a half acre lot, our new space seems endless. But no doubt the day will come when we, like so many hybridizers, will be wishing we had more space!

The pots weeded and "topped up" during the "winter" here in NC, the daylilies are looking great.

Obviously, even today, March 11th, many of the daylilies can no longer wait for Spring. Some of them are over eight inches tall already!
